2026 Region 1 Bowling Tournament

Sunday, March 1, 2026 – Westen Bowl, Amarillo Texas

 

3 Teams from each division will advance to regionals + 1 Girls Team

12 Boys and 6 Girls will advance to regional singles competition

 

Teams will bowl head-to-head for 12 baker games moving lanes after each game based on the tournament schedule.  Teams will bowl each team an equal number of times with winner of the match receiving 30 bonus pins.  Matches that are not head-to-head will not receive bonus pins.  Final match will be a position round with no bonus pins awarded.  Team with the highest pin count will be the regional champion and determine the teams advancing to the state tournament.

 

Singles – Each bowler will bowl 5 games of standard American Ten pin bowling moving one pair to the right after each game.  Total pins will determine regional champion and athletes who are advancing to the state tournament.
